P.A.R.C museums
Eight museums, so close to each other, imagine that they become one…
This is the concept of P.A.R.C. the largest museum in Belgium !
Gathered under this acronym of 𝗣𝗼̂𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗲́𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝘂 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 are 8 institutions : le Centre Daily-Bul & Co, le Centre de la Gravure et de l’Image imprimée, le Domaine du Château de Seneffe, Keramis, le Musée de la Mine et du Développement Durable du Bois-du-Luc, le Musée du Carnaval et du Masque, le Musée royal de Mariemont et le Mill.
Why the largest museum in Belgium? BIG by the quantity of the collections 150,000 pieces, 120,000 works including a precious reserve of 25,000 books. It is the largest collection in Wallonia.
GREAT by the diversity of the works : contemporary art, surrealism, symbolism, 18th century, industrial heritage, folklore… Eight museums that allow you to discover numerous themes through a wide variety of disciplines and techniques: sculpture, literature, painting, engraving, ceramics, as well as masks and goldsmith’s art. It is also the possibility of an extraordinary journey through time and space.
